Regulations and Instructions:
Vendor booth set-up will take place on Friday, June 26th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

For added peace of mind, there will be individuals staying in the park overnight to help watch over vendor booths and equipment. We look forward to a great weekend at Deer Creek Days in Glenrock!
All applicants and workers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Entrants must provide their own display equipment and table. Entrants are responsible for setting up and clearing their area. We do not supply tables and chairs, so please bring those items with you.
Wrapped and prepared food items may be sold. You may sell multiple items or types at your booth.
Elevate Glenrock/Deer Creek Days will not assume responsibility for damage or theft of sale items or personal belongings. Elevate Glenrock ensures that people are spending both Friday and Saturday night in the park to keep an eye on vendor booths.
Elevate Glenrock/Deer Creek Days will not be responsible for personal injury incurred directly or indirectly of Elevate Glenrock/Deer Creek Days events.
Spaces are assigned in the order the applications are received, while trying to break up vendor types.
Vendor booth spaces are $60 with power and $50 without power. Pricing covers the entire fair. No discounts or prorated rates will be offered for single-day participation.
Collection of Sales Tax is the responsibility of each vendor conducting business sales during tis event.
Please understand that your booth is not considered reserved until the application and payment have been received.
