Glenrock Winterfest Festival of Trees

Contestant Information

• Location: Cielinski Way (between the Commerce Building and Hardware Hank).
• Setup: Anytime! Although voting starts on November 29th during Winter Fest, so before then is ideal!  
• Borrowing a Tree: Elevate Glenrock has a limited number of trees available to borrow. You may also bring your own tree, frame, or standalone display.
• Space Assignment: You decide! First come, first serve.
• Decorations: This is an outdoor display, exposed to Wyoming winter weather.
  • Use weather-safe materials (zip ties, stakes, sealed lights, etc.)
  • Avoid fragile items that may blow away or break.
  • If using lights, they must be LED and outdoor-rated.
  • If using extension cords, they must be outdoor safe and placed securely to avoid tripping hazards.

Voting Period

• Voting Runs: November 29 – Christmas Eve. Voting signs will be placed at each display.
• Winners Announced: Christmas Day

Display Duration

• Displays must remain up through New Year’s Day.

Maintenance

• Contestants are responsible for checking their display periodically to ensure everything remains upright, working, and safe.

Safety

• No open flames, heaters, or hazardous materials.
• Please be mindful of pedestrian pathways and neighboring displays.

Photos & Promotion

By participating, you give the Chamber permission to photograph and share your display for promotional and voting purposes.
